Commissioning and fit-out works on project „Expo 2000, phase IV”

Bavaria Aircondition Engineering Ltd. has been part of the successful team involved in the execution of works for Phase IV of Business park Expo 2000 – a class “A”, eight-storey office building with 2 underground parking levels. The gross area of the project is about 17 000 sq. m. The company has provided services for the concept and working design development for parts HVAC, WSS and BMS, coordination of the designs, as well as project management and site supervision of the works for construction and commissioning of the building. The scope of assigned services has been also extended to design and supervision on the execution of the respective tenants’ fit-out works, including quality and costs control.

All construction materials and innovative equipment envisaged in the design comply with the criteria for green building construction.

The building has been awarded with a platinum certificate as per the LEED rating system for certification of sustainable development.

Currently, the building has been put into exploitation and accommodates its occupants offering high quality of comfort and security, as well as all modern conveniences.

To improve the experience of visitors and tenants, there are forthcoming works for rehabilitation of the sidewalk pavement in front of the complex, as well as the provision of catering services in a dining facility in the building.

The Investor of the project is Expo 2000 Real Estate EOOD, as part of the Raiffeisen Property International GmbH.
